A physician licensed in your state reads your answers and decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate. They may ask follow-up questions. If you are not a good candidate, they will tell you plainly and you are not charged.

Your plan, in plain language
If treatment is appropriate, your physician writes the plan. It is built around your health profile, your goals, and the format you prefer. You see what it involves and what it costs before anything is dispensed.

Delivery, then ongoing support
A state-licensed pharmacy prepares and ships your prescription to your door. Your physician stays available for dose adjustments, side effects, and check-ins for as long as your subscription runs.

Depending on your review, a physician may prescribe a compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide formulation. It comes as a weekly injection or a sublingual tablet. Your physician explains the trade-offs and you decide together which fits your life.

When a prescription is written, a state-licensed pharmacy partner prepares it and ships it to you. You do not coordinate between the physician and the pharmacy; that handoff is the platform's job.

If a physician says no. Not everyone is a candidate. A physician who decides against treatment will say so directly. You are not charged, and you are not moved into a lesser plan to keep you paying. Where it is useful, they will tell you what would change the answer.
