What the eligibility check does and does not commit you to
Answering the questions costs nothing and commits you to nothing. No card is required to answer them, and nothing is charged before a physician has reviewed what you submitted. You can stop at any point, and nothing is submitted until you finish.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Where a plan is offered, it is billed monthly and can be cancelled before any billing date. The full terms of a plan are shown with its price on the page that offers it, and those terms govern.
No refund policy beyond that is published yet. Until one is, cancellation before the next billing date is the whole of it, and nothing here narrows a statutory right to a refund.
Accounts
An account is optional at the eligibility check and is offered at the end. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address an account is tied to, because that address is how you sign in.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to submit someone else's information as your own, to attempt to reach data that is not yours, or to interfere with the service for other people.
The demonstration content
The people, clinics and reviews shown on this site are invented for demonstration. The medications named are real, and every page that names one carries the disclosures that go with it. Nothing on the site should be read as a claim about a real practitioner or a real patient.
Limits and governing law
No limitation of liability and no warranty disclaimer is claimed here yet. Until one is published, nothing on this page limits a right you have by law.
Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution for this deployment are not yet settled. Nothing on this page waives a right you have under the law that applies where you live.
This page carries no published effective date yet. It applies as you read it, and a material change will be dated here when one is made.
