Once you sign in, the intake asks for your legal name, your delivery address, your gender, your current medication and dose, side effects, allergies, other medications, your medical history and a photo of a government ID. NicoCares holds those answers and the ID photo, and passes on what the licensed clinician who reviews you and the pharmacy that fills a prescription written for you need. They are not sold and they are not used to target advertising. You are giving them so a clinician can decide what is appropriate for you; what the law where you live calls that is for the operator of this site to state.
